Welcome to Horizon Essentials. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Return & Refund Policy
• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items in original condition and packaging.
• Returns are only accepted for orders shipped within the United States. 
• Please note that we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders shipped outside the United States (including Canada and the Rest of the World). All international sales are final.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
• Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

2. Shipping Terms
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Estimated delivery times:
  - United States: 2–7 business days
  - International (Rest of World): 7–21 business days (depending on the destination country)
• Horizon Essentials is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to international orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
• Horizon Essentials is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

3. Limitation of Liability
Horizon Essentials is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

4. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
