At Horizon Essentials, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
2. Eligible Returns
Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging when applicable.
3. International Orders (Outside the US)
Please note that we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders shipped outside the United States (including Canada and the Rest of the World). All international sales are final.
4. US Orders Only
Returns are only accepted for orders shipped within the United States.
5. Return Shipping (US Orders)
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
6. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear after approval.
